If " You are not Authorised to use this option " alert appears while Creating / Modifying / Deleting Series then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of Creating, Modifying and Deleting Series Master an error displays 'You are not authorized to use this option' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

  • The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
  • Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

  • The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

  • The user will search 'Other Inventory' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

  • In 'Other Inventory Related Masters C-New Y-New/Modify/Delete' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Click on ‘Yes’ button.

  • A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Click on ‘Yes’ button.

  • Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily Create, Modify and Delete Series in Marg ERP Software.
