In Marg ERP Software, if 'You are not Authorised' alert appears at the time of clicking Item Register, then it can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve 'You are not authorise' alert, the user must follow the steps below:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Search In All'.

• The user will search 'Stocks' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Stocks & Registers' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear, then the user will press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• The user will enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user will be able to view Item Register in Marg ERP Software.
