In Marg ERP Software, if 'You are not Authorised' alert appears at the time of clicking Item Register then it can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve 'You are not authorise' alert, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Stocks' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Stocks & Registers' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user will be able to view Item Register in Marg ERP Software.
