If Sale rate option does not show on the batch window then this issue appears because the user is using Master wise setup therefore the software will pick the rates from the item masters and no matter what is the rate of their batches are. 

But if user need to use batch wise setup then please follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press 'Enter'

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Rate From'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A Rate From window will appear.

• In 'Rates from Master/Batch/Date file' option, the user will select 'B'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

After following the above steps user can view that the sale rate option has been enabled in the software.
