OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO STORE MASTER IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Store is a place where items are being stored. With Store Master Option, the user can Create/Modify/Delete the store.

• This option is very much useful to maintain the inventories of many stores.

• Once different stores are created, the user can make the purchases and the sales invoices from different stores.

ENABLING MULTI-STORE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. 

• A Control Room window will appear in which the user will select 'Search in All'.

• A Controls window will appear. Search “Store”.

• Click on 'Accept'.

• The user will Specify the requirement of the number of stores.

• Suppose, select 4.

• Now, if the user wants that the software should ask about the store at the time of creating sale and purchase both then select options as per the requirement.

• Suppose, select ‘I’.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

Now click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

• A Warning window will appear then press “Enter”.

RUN STRUCTURE VERIFICATION

• Go to Reports >> Management Report >> Utilities >> Structure/Junk Verification >> Structure Verification. 

• Press Enter on Ok.

• A Data Upgradation Utility window will appear.

• Then type “Sure” and press enter on it.

• A pop up of ‘Structure Verified Successfully!’ will appear in which the user will click on 'Ok'.

CREATING NEW STORE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters >> Inventory Master >> Store Master.

• A window of shortcut keys will be displayed on the screen.

• The 2 stores are being displayed by default i.e. Main Store A for fresh items and Scrap Store Y for expired items.

To create new store press 'F2' key.

• A Store master window will be displayed.

• To create first store ‘Warehouse’ where the user would store the goods. Mention the store name and address.

• Now create the second store and mention the address.

• Suppose, the user creates ‘Branches’ ‘C-9 Okhala’.

Press enter and come to main window.

MODIFYING STORE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Press 'F3' key on the selected store to modify.

• Now the user can Modify the details as per the requirement.

DELETING STORE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

•  Press delete key on the selected store to delete. 

A Pop-up message will be displayed.

Then click on 'Yes' to delete the store.
