• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Company Master.

• A 'Company' window will appear.

• The user needs to select that company in which needs to be deleted and press 'Delete' key on it.

• Suppose select 'ABC LTD'.

Note: The user can only delete those companies which does not contain any item.

• An alert window of 'Are you sure want to delete?' will appear.

• The user needs to select 'Yes' to delete the selected company.

• A 'Delete Company' window will appear.

• The user will click on  'Delete'.

After following the above steps, the selected company will be deleted and software displays a pop- up message 'Group Deleted'.
