Process to Create New Station in Marg ERP Software

OVERVIEW & NEED/BENEFITS OF STATION MASTER IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

Station is a required field while creating any ledger of the customer or the supplier i.e. from where that particular customer belongs to.

Station Master enables the user to create the Route wherever they are operating their own business.

With the help of Station Master option, the user can also create, modify and delete station in Marg ERP Software. 

PROCESS TO ENABLE STATION MASTER OPTION IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Station”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’

• A Station window will appear.

• In 'Station Field Required Y-Popup y-Typing', option the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

PROCESS TO CREATE NEW STATION IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE 

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Station.

A “Select Station” window will appear for the creation of the following functions:

► F2 - To create a new Station.

► F3 - To modify any Station.

► Del - To delete any Station.

Also, by default few stations along with their respective codes are already being created.

In order to create a new Station, press “F2” function key.

• Type any Station i.e. Punjab, Uttarakhand > Mention the Code > Press “Enter” key and the Station will get created.
