• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear in which the user will select the item whose batch MRP needs to be changed.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• Then press 'F4' key on it.

• Click on 'Batch Detail'.

• Now select the batch whose MRP needs to be changed.

• Suppose select '5778'.

• Then press 'F3' key on it.

• Now the user will change the MRP as per the requirement.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

Thereafter a 'Rate Change' window will appear in which:

a. If the user needs to save the changes in item master, select 'Yes'.

b. If the user Doesn't needs to save the changes in item master, select 'No'.

Suppose select 'No'.

After following the above steps, the user can change the MRP of the Batch as per the requirement in Marg Software.
