Billing Process in Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE VOLUME DISCOUNT IN MARG SOFTWARE

In Marg ERP Software, the user can calculate item wise volume discount as per the requirement. To know the volume discount process, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Volume Discount'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Volume Discount' window will appear.

• In ‘Volume Discount 1st (perUnit/Lumpsum/Weight/Percentage/No)’, the user will select 'U/L/W/P' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'U'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO SET VOLUME DISCOUNT IN ITEM IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Master > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear. Select item then press 'F3' key on it.

• Suppose Select 'Acnedrem Lot'.

• Thereafter, a 'Modify Product' window will appear. In 'Volume Discount' option, the user will feed discount in amount as per the requirement.

• Suppose Feed '10'.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

BILLING PROCESS IN MARG SOFTWARE

After following the above steps, the discount will be auto picked while billing for that particular item.
