• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Item' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In ‘Item,Store & Company Master C-New Y-New/Modify/Delete’ option, the user will select ‘C’.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps the user only can create an item neither modify and nor delete it in Marg ERP Software.

• Suppose the user is creating a 'New Item' and software is allowing the user to create it.

• When deleting an item software is not allowing to Delete it and shows an alert of 'You are Not authorized'.
