Process to Set Item wise Schedule H1 in Marg ERP Software

OVERVIEW & NEED/BENEFITS OF STATION MASTER IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Schedule H1 drugs are enacted two and half years back by Drug Controller General of India and it includes lot of drugs. It also includes two dozen antibiotics also. Few of them are quinolones, third generation cephalosporin, carbapenems, etc. These drugs are to be sold by prescription of medical practitioners only.

• In Marg ERP Software, the user can set the Schedule h,Schedule h1 & Narcotic in item as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO ENABLE NARCOTIC/DRUG OPTION IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Narcotic”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’

• A Narcotic window will appear.

• In 'Narcotics/Schedule & Drugs Reporting', option the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

PROCESS TO SET ITEM WISE SCHEDULE H1 IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE 

• Go to Master > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An Items window will appear. Select item then press 'F3' on it.

• Suppose, Select 'Acnedrem Lot'.

• Thereafter, a Modify Product window will appear. In 'Schedule H1' option, the user will select "Yes".

• Then press Ctrl+W and click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following, the above steps, the user can set item wise Schedule h1 in Marg Software.
