• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will select the item whose expiry date needs to be changed then press 'F4' key on it.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• Then the user will select 'Batch Detail'.

• Now the user will select that batch of the item whose expiry date needs to be changed & press 'F3' key on it.

• Suppose select '32546'.

• A 'Batch Detail' window will appear.

• In 'Expiry Date' field, the user will change the date as per the requirement.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

After following the above steps, the user can change Expiry Date of selected batch in Marg Software.

1. Go to Stocks > Current Stock.

2. A 'Closing stock as on' window will appear. Press 'Enter' key on selected item.

3. Select 'Batch Details'.

4. Thereafter, a Selected item batch window will appear. Press 'Insert' key on selected batch.

5. Then user can change Expiry date of selected batch as per the requirement and then press 'End' key at the end of the batch.

6. Click on 'Yes' to save  the changes.
