If the user need to print Item master Mrp in Bill Format then it can easily be done in Marg Software.

In order to print Item Master MRP, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• Now a 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select Invoice Format- GUI. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose, Enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Item’.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command of MRP besides HSN .so, select and copy the command of HSN.

• Now the user needs to paste the copied command (as showing below).

• Now press 'F1' key to search command.

• The user will search 'MRP' under Description.

• Now the user will select the command of 'SB_MRPM' and press 'Enter' on it.

• The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

• If the user needs to change the coordinates here then it can be changed as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl +W' and then click on 'Save' in order to save it.

After following the above steps, the user can print the Item Master MRP in Marg Software.
