• Firstly, go to 'Masters > Master > Item Master'.

• The user will select item for which station wise sale summary report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Calpol T Tab 15's' and press 'F4' key on it.

• Click on 'Register'.

• Then, click on 'Ledger'.

• The user will press 'Ctrl+F1' key.

In 'Stock Less' option, the user will select options as follows:

a. Yes: Select this option to view sale with stock issue entry.

b. No: Select this option to view sale without stock issue entry.

c. Only: Select this option to view sale only with stock issue entry.

Suppose select 'Yes'.

• In 'Report For' option, the user will select for which option sale summary report needs to be view i.e. Value,Bills or Both.

• The user will select 'State'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that State wise selected Item Sale Analysis Report will get generated in Marg ERP Software.
