Process to Enable Stock Transfer Option from One Batch to another in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Insert' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Edit Batch Closing Stock on Insert key' option, user will select 'B'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

Process to Transfer Stock from One Batch to Another in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Master > Master > Item Master.

• Select the item whose batch stock needs to be transfer..
• Suppose Select 'Acnederm Lot' and press 'Insert' key on it.

• The user will feed quantity i.e. how much quantity needs to be transferred.
• Suppose enter '10'.

• Now, the user will select the Batch from which the user needs to transfer the stock by pressing 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select '1235' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now, the user will select the batch in which user needs to transfer stock by pressing 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select '1025'.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that quantity will get transferred in the Selected Batch in Marg ERP Software.
