The Harmonized System Nomenclature(HSN) code is an internationally accepted method for classifying the identifying goods whereas, the Service Accounting Code(SAC) is a Unique code that is provided for the measurement and taxation of Services.

To create HSN/SAC Code, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Masters > Master > HSN/SAC Master.

• The user will press 'F2' key to create HSN.

• Enter the 'HSN/SAC' details i.e. HSN code, Short name, Tax rate of state & central etc. of the items as per the requirement. 

• Press 'Enter' key to save the details.

After following the above steps, the New HSN/SAC code will be created in Marg ERP Software.
