• Block Store Room in Marg ERP Software enables the user to block any store that is under maintenance.
• In other words, at the time Stock Audit of the companies, once the user blocks a store of that particular company, then that particular store’s item cannot be used by any of the salespersons while billing.

Process Of Block Store Room In Marg ERP Software

Suppose the auditing needs to be done of the stock of a Company 'Elder India' and the stock is kept in 10 No. store.

• Go to Masters > Master > Company Master.

• The user will press 'F3' key on selected Company.

• In 'Store Room No.' option, the user will enter '10'.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' button to save changes.

• Now, the user will go to Masters > Master > Block Store Room.

• The user will mention the Store Room Number as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '10' and press 'PageDown' key.

• Now, the user can view that the store will get Blocked.

After following the above steps, the user can View that Store will get blocked and selected Store Item will not display on Item Window in Marg ERP Software.
