• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will select the item and press 'F4' key on it.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• Now click on 'Batch Detail'.

• A 'Batch Register' window will appear.

• The user will select the batch (whose last year transaction needs to be viewed).

• Now the user will press 'Enter'

• A 'Batch Register' window will appear then user will feed date range. 

• Click on 'View'.

• In order to view the transaction of Last year, the user needs to press 'ALT+F1' key.

• In 'Last Year' the user will select 'Yes' .Press 'Enter'. 

After following the above steps, the last year transaction of the selected batch will get displayed.
