If some Items are showing in Pink color at the time of Billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause: This issue appear when user has set 'Narcotic' in Item Master.

If some Items are showing in Pink color at the time of Billing then this issue can easily be resolve in Marg Software.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Master > Inventory Master > Item Master .

  • The user will press 'F3' key on the Item which is showing in pink color.
  • Suppose select 'Crocin'.

  • A 'Modify Product' window will appear.
  • In 'Narcotic', the user will select 'No'.
  •  Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save item.

  • The user will select 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the item will not show in Pink color at the time of billing in Marg Software.
