If Some Items are showing in Pink color at the time of Billing then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

Cause: This issue appear when user has set 'Narcotic' in Item Master.

If some Items are showing in Pink color at the time of Billing then this issue can easily be resolved in Marg ERP Software.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Master > Item Master .

• The user will press 'F3' key on the Item which is showing in pink color.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• In 'Narcotic' option, the user will select 'No'.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save item and click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that item will not show in Pink color at the time of Billing in Marg ERP Software.
