• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• Select item and press '*' key on item.

• A 'Shortage & order' window will appear on which define shortage qty of the selected item.

• Suppose, mention 10.

• Then press 'Pagedown' to save the details.
• 

After following the above steps, the user can mention the Shortage and also can view the 'Shortage Report' in the Marg Software.

1. Go to Stocks > Current Stock. Press Enter.

2. A Closing stock window will appear. Select item and then press "*" key on item.

3. A Shortage and order window will appear in which user will define shortage qty of the selected item.
