Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master > Item list window will be appear > Press "F3" on Selected item(in which item user wants to change tax%) > Modify product window will be appear > Local----Set "Taxable" place of "Exempted" > Then press Ctrl+W & click on "Yes" for save.
