Process To Enable Medicine / Optical Option In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• The user will search 'Optical' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Ask A-Optical,Medicine,Remark in Sale/STL B-always X-No' option, the user will select 'A'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now, click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

Process To Set Medicine / Optical In Item Master In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'F3' key on a selected item whose optical/Medicine needs to be set.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• In 'Item Type' option, the user will select Medicine/Optical/Remark as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Medicine'.

• Now, press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' button to save changes.

• The user will mention the dose for the items as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '1' in Morning, '1' for Evening.

• In 'Remark' option, the user will mention the remark as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Day & Evening' and press 'Enter' key.

Process To Create Sale Bill In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Transaction > Sale > Bill.

• In 'Date' option, the user will mention the date as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '29-02-2024'.

• The user will select a particular Ledger as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

• The user will select an item as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• The user will mention the Item Qty and Rate as per the requirement.

• The user can view software will auto-pick the Item Dose and remark.

• The user can also change it as per the requirement if required otherwise press 'PageDown' key.

• Click on 'Save Bill' as per the requirement.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Item Dose and remark will get printed on Bill Format of Marg ERP Software.
