If selected Category Items does not show in Item List at the time of billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause: This problem appears due to Category Status set close in ategory Master.

Suppose there is an item 'Crocin' which is not showing at the time of billing.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps :

  •  Go to Masters > Inventory masters > Category Master .

  • A 'Select Category' window will appear.
  • The user will press 'F3' key on the category whose item is not showing while billing.
  • Suppose select 'Thyroid Medicine'.

  • A 'Category' window will appear.
  • In 'Continued', the user will select 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the 'Crocin' item is showing at the time of billing.
