In Marg Software, there is a provision for checking the difference between the Old Rate and New rate of the Items. With the help of this report the user will be able to check the stock List and difference between the Old Rate and New Rate of the item.

 In order to view the New Rate Difference Stock List report, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Daily Reports > Inventory Reports > Rates Difference Stock List.

• A 'Store List' window will appear.

• The user will select the store whose report needs to be view. Press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select 'Store A'.

• An 'Item List' window will appear.

• The user will select 'New Rates'.

A 'Report' window will appear.

a. Code/Name Wise: If the user need report Item Code wise then select 'C', otherwise select 'N' for Item Name wise.

b. Single Supp: If the user needs to view the report for particular party then select 'Y' otherwise keep it as 'N'.

c. Supp/Company Wise: If the user needs to view the report party wise select 'S' or if needs to view the report Company wise select 'C'.

Now, the user will select 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the company whose report needs to be view as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

After following the above steps, the user can view the New Rate Difference Stock List report will get generate.
