In Marg Software the user can compare the software stock and physical stock on different basis as per the requirement.

Suppose the user needs to compare the stock of 3 items highlighted in the Image on the basis of the Barcode.

• The user needs to mention the Barcode of items for each Qty or Scan the Barcode of each Item.

In order to view Barcode V/s Stock, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Daily Reports > Inventory Reports > Barcode v/s Stock.

In 'Select Option', the user will select the option as per the requirement.

a. Computer Vs Physical Stock: Select the option, if need to compare the stock available in software with Excel.

b. Physical Vs Computer Stock: Select the option, if need to compare the stock available in Excel with Software.

Suppose select 'Physical Vs Computer Stock'.

In 'Search On', the user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. Barcode: Select the option if needs to compare stock based on Barcode.

b. Name: Select the option if needs to compare stock based on Name.

c. Code: Select the option if needs to compare stock based on Code.

Suppose select 'Barcode'.

• Now click on 'Browse'.

• The user will select Directory and File and click on 'Select' button.

• In 'Date Row from', the user will mention the row number from which data is mentioned.
• Suppose mention '2'.

• Now the user will click on 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'View'.
