• Go to Daily Reports > Inventory Reports > Today's Sale,Purchase,Closing.

A 'Today's Sale, Purchase, Closing' window will appear .

a. Report For: The user can select the format of report as per the requirement.

Sale & Purc: Select the option to view report of Sale and Purchase and Closing Stock.

Less &Add.: Select the option to view report with Stock Issue and Receive.

b. From: Mention the Date from which the user needs to generate the report.

c. To : Mention the Date upto which the user needs to generate the report.

d. Detail: If user needs to generate report in detail then select 'Yes' otherwise keep it as 'No'.

e. List: Select the option to Index report as per the requirement.

Company wise: Select the option to index report on the basis of Company.

Alphabets: Select the option to index report on the basis of Alphabets.

f. ST. Less: Select the option as per the requirement.

No: Select the option if needs to view report without Stock Issue Bills.

Yes: Select the option if needs to view report for Stock Issue Bill with Sale Bill.

Only: Select the option if needs to view report for only Stock Issue Bill in report.

g. With Value: If the user needs to generate report with value then select 'Yes' other wise keep it as 'No'.

h. Single Party: If the user need the report of any specific Party then select this option 'Yes' other wise keep it as 'No'.

i. Rack No.:  If the user needs to view a report for a particular Rack then can mention Rack no. here.

j. Manufactur F3: If the user needs to view a report for a particular Manufactur then press 'F3' key and select  manufactur.

• Now the user will click on 'View /Print /Cancel' as per the requirement .

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Today's Sale, Purchase Closing Report will get generate in Marg Software.
