In Marg Software, the user can view the old rates and new rates on which the item is being purchased so that they can analyze the difference between them and can forecast the strategies to reduce the cost of purchase and will impact on higher profits.

In order to view Rate Wise MRP Difference report, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Daily Reports > Inventory Reports > Rates Difference Stock List.

• A 'Store List' window will appear.

• The user will select the store as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Store A'.

• An 'Item List' window will appear.

• The user will select 'MRP wise Rate Diff.'.

A 'Report' window will appear.

The user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. Code/Name Wise: If the user needs to view the items with the name then select 'N' otherwise select 'C' for item code.

Suppose select 'N'

b. Single Supp:  If the user needs to view the report of a single supplier then select option as 'Y' otherwise keep the option as 'N'.

Suppose select 'N'.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the companies as per the requirement.

Note: To select single supplier the user need to press Plus (+) key on it and to select all companies press Asterisk (*) key.

After following the above steps, the user can view MRP wise Rate Difference report in Marg Software.
