Process to Active Only One Other Head On Billing Window

Overview: In Marg ERP software the option for “Other Head” is used to charge Extra charges (i.e Transportation charges, freight, carriage…etc.) after GST at the time of billing. However, if customer want to charge the extra charges not more than 1 head and if customer can’t be able to do so then User will follow the given steps:

Note: In the above image the Cursor only wait on one other head.

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

•  The user will select the “Search in All” option.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search“Other head”.

• Now click on “Accept’.

• An Other Head window will appear.

• In “Ask 1/2/3 Other Add/Less (eg.Freight,Packing etc.)’ the user will set ‘1’.

• The user will press Escape key twice.

• Then to save changes the user will click on ‘Yes’.

By following the above steps the user can set other head Option wait on 1 other head only.
