In Marg ERP Software, the user can set that, if the rate has been banned for the user, then the Lot Rate option should work or not as per the requirement.

Process to Enable Lot Rate if the Rate is Banned for User 

Process to Disable Lot Rate if the Rate is Banned for User

PROCESS TO ENABLE LOT RATE IF THE RATE IS BANNED FOR USER  

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Lot Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Lot Rate' window will appear.

• In 'Lot Rate allowed if Rate is Ban' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will allow user to feed lot rate of the item at the time of billing.

• In order to mention lot rate at the time of billing, the user will press 'F7' on item qty.

• A 'Lot Rate' window will appear in which the user will mention the lot rate of the item as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO DISABLE LOT RATE IF THE RATE IS BANNED FOR USER  

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Lot Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Lot Rate' window will appear.

• In 'Lot Rate allowed if Rate is Ban' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will allow not user to feed lot rate of the item at the time of billing.
