OVERVIEW OF ITEM WISE REMARK FIELD IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Marg Software has a feature in which user can set separate remark for each and every item. The user can fix Item Type and remark so that while creating Sale bill user can easily view the item details.
• Suppose an Item 'Caplus' is a Medicine, with the help of this option user can set dose and remark for this medicine.

PROCESS TO ENABLE ITEM WISE REMARK FIELD IN ITEM MASTER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Item Remark'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Item Remark' window will appear.

• In ‘Ask 1-Optical,Medicine,Remark in Sale/STL 2-Always N-No', the user will select '1'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

PROCESS TO SET REMARK IN ITEM MASTER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Item Master > Inventory Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear.
• The user will press 'F3' key on the particular item in which remark needs to be set.
• Suppose select 'Caplus C'.

• A 'Modify Product' window will appear.
• In 'Item Type', the user will select the type of the item as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Medicine'.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

• A window will appear where the user will mention the medicine dose as per the requirement.
• Suppose for Morning Dose mention '1'. Press 'Enter' key.

• In 'Remark', the user will define remark as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'With Warm Water'.

PROCESS TO VIEW IN SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• While creating Sale Bill after loading Item window will appear where the user can view the mentioned Dose and Remark.

Note: If the user needs to change these details it can be done easily.

After mentioning all details the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save Bill' to save it.

After following the above steps, the user can enable Item wise Remark Field in Item Master in Marg Software.
