Process to Set Item Indexing Not Change in Stock Transfer

Overview: In Marg software, the user can set item indexing as there is an option available in Marg that after saving bill item, indexing can be done in alphabetically, item code wise, item salt wise etc. If the user needs to disable the indexing then follow the given steps:

Note: The item gets automatically indexed in the below shown image 

• Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Index”.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• An Index window will appear.

• In "SELF BRK/EXP / STORE TRANSFER" , the user will select "N".

• The user will now press Escape key twice.

Now, click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can “Set Item Indexing Not Change in Stock Transfer”.
