In Marg software, if the Cursor does not wait on Patient name at the time of billing in Chemist Set up, then it can resolved easily.

In order to wait on Patient, the user needs to follow the below steps.

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Patient Name'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Patient' window will appear.

• In 'Wait on Doctor & Patient 1-Code 2-Name 3-Patient Name & Dr.Code', the user will select '2'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view cursor will wait on patient Name at the time of billing in chemist set up of Marg Software.
