If print status not showing in Dispatch Summary Report, then this issue can be resolved:

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Record'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Record' window will appear.

• In 'Required record of how many times Sales & Purchase Bills print's' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the print status will get displayed in dispatch summary report after printing the bills.

Note: The status of those bills will be displayed here which are printed after enabling this option.
