Cause:  After enabling this option the user can’t be able to make changes in the purchase order before get approval from supervisor. 

In order to disable this option user will follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Approval”.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An Approval window will appear.
• In ‘Approval required for Printing’ the user will select “N”.

• The user will now press Escape key twice.

• Now click on‘Yes’ to Save changes.

By following these steps the user can resolve the issue to Take Print of Purchase Order Showing Alert of Pending under Approval Process.
