If at the time of issuing 'free quantity' , the software shows an alert 'Available Free Stock 0 pcs' and user needs to disable it then this issue can easily be resolved:

In order to disable the alert of 'Available free stock 0pcs', the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Negative'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Negative' window will appear.

• In 'Check negative in free N-No. I-Item B-Batch' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will allow user to define free qty even if the particular item doesn't contain the stock of free quantity.
