Process to Disable ask doctor ( D.R ) in sale in Chemist Setup

OVERVIEW TO ASK DOCTOR (D.R) IN SALE IN CHEMIST SETUP

In Marg software there is feature for chemist setup that user can enable/ disable the doctor in sale bill which used to maintain the records for doctor wise sale. It means this option is used to analyze the sale data on the basis of doctor.

PROCESS TO ENABLE ASK DOCTOR (D.R) IN SALE IN CHEMIST SETUP

Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

A Control Room window will appear.

The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Ask M.R”.

Now click on ‘Accept’.

An Ask M.R window will appear. 

In ‘ M.R /Rout / Area wise reports required set “Y”.

The user will now press Escape key twice.

Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

PROCESS TO DISABLE ASK DOCTOR (D.R) IN SALE IN CHEMIST SETUP

Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

A Control Room window will appear.

The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Ask M.R”.

Now click on ‘Accept’.

An Ask M.R window will appear.

In ‘M.R /Rout / Area wise reports required’ set “N”.

The user will now press Escape key twice.

Now click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following these steps user can Enable/Disable ask Doctor (D.R) in sale in Chemist Setup.
