How can we set cess calculate on billing unit ?

Go to Master > MargSetup > Control Room > Search in all > Search -- "Cess" > Click on Accept > There is one option shown > "Rs Cess in 1-Lower Unit or 2-Billing Unit" ---Change that option as "2" > Then press esc key and save.
