How to set M.R.(Salesman) direct pick from the ledger in sale bill in Marg Software ?
In Marg Software , the user can enable M.R.(Salesman) direct pick from the ledger in sale bill.
In order to enable salesman direct pick from master, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Salesman'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Salesman' window will appear.
- In 'M.r from Master/Direct/Loop/Blank/Series/diRect<series>' option, the user will select 'D'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- The user can view that M.R 'Anant' is set in 'Saluja Medicine Centre' Ledger.
After following the above steps, the user can view that software is auto picking M.R 'Anant' at the time of billing of 'Saluja Medicine Centre' .
