If Pending Item Qty does not show at the time of Item Pending Report then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

In Marg Software the user can view the item pending record but at the time of generating report if it is not showing then user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Pending Order'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Pending Order' window will appear.

• In 'Balance Items of Selected  Order 1-Del.,2-Pending' option, the user will select '2'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, pending item quantity will be show in item pending report.
