Process to Load Challan into Bill on the basis of Challan No.

Overview:- In Marg software the user can easily convert any Challan which is created into Sale Bill. It can also load on the basis of Challan no.

So, to load the Challan on the basis of Challan number follow the given steps:-

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A  Controls window will appear in which the will Search “Pending Challan”.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Pending Challan window will appear.
• In ‘Load Pending Challans A-Automatic S-Selection C-Challan No. N-Not Required’ set  “C”.

• The user will now press Escape key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

By following these steps the user can Load Challan into Bill on the Basis of Challan No.
