Process to View Stock Valuation Report With Item Barcode in Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE BARCODE OPTION FOR REPORTS IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Item Code'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Item Code' window will appear.

• In 'Y-Item Code B-Barcode P-Product (part). Length [  ] in Other' option, the user will select 'B'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO VIEW STOCK VALUATION REPORT WITH ITEM BARCODE IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Now, go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Stock & Sale Analysis.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the companies as per the requirement.

Note: Single Company can be selected by space bar or plus (+) key on it and all can be selected by asterisk (*) key.

• A 'Stock & Sale Analysis' window will appear.

• The user will mention the date range as per the requirement and select other options as per the requirement.

• The user will select 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

• Now the user can view that the report is being generated.

After following the above steps, the stock & sales report will get generated with barcode.
