If Ledger Code does not display on Ledger List window then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if All Ledgers Report is not displaying with the ledger code, then this issue can be easily resolved.

In order to enable Ledger Code in all ledgers report, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Ledger Code' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Bill on Ledger Code/Name/DLNo/Area/Station/MR/moBile/Code+DLNo+Station-Y' option,  the user will select 'C'.

• In 'Print Party Code with Name (Character) option, the user will define character as per the requirement.
• Suppose define '5'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, the user will click on 'Yes' button.

• Thereafter, the software starts indexing the files.

After following the above steps, the user can view that while viewing All ledgers report, the Ledger Code will be displayed in Marg ERP Software.
