In Marg ERP Software, if software does not show ledgers with the ledger code, however ledger code has already been enabled then this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to show Ledger Code, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Master > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear where the user will Search 'Ledger Code'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Ledger Code' window will appear.

• In ‘Bill on Ledger Code/Name/DLNo/Area/Station/MR/moBile/Code+DLNo+Station-Y' option, the user will select 'C'.

• In 'Print Party Code with Name (Character)', the user will mention '12'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

• A MArg ERP 9+ alert of  'Run File maintenance' will appear.
• Click on 'Yes'.

• Thereafter software start indexing the files.

After following the above steps, the user can view Ledger Code will get display on ledgers list window in Marg Software.
