Process to Disable Free Qty In Batch

PROCESS TO ENABLE FREE QTY IN BATCH

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.
  

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear.Then user will Search “Free Required”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Free Required window will appear.

• In 'Free QTY required on sales', select 'Y'.

• The user will now press Escape key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps free field will enable in batch detail window.

PROCESS TO DISABLE FREE QTY IN BATCH

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups> Control Room. Press Enter.
  

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear. Then user will Search “Free Required”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Free Required window will appear.

• In ‘Free Qty. Required on Sales’, the user will select “N”.

• The user will now press Esc key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
