How to resolve this issue if software picking customer name automatic in chemist setup while billing ?
This issue appears due customer name set auto pick in setup, In order to resolve this issue user needs to follow below steps :-
1. Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. Press Enter.
2. A Control Room window will appear > The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.
3. Then user will Search "Chemist" > Now click on ‘Accept’.
4. Series window will appear. In 'Save 3-Both 1-Customer 2-Doctor N-No Name if not Exit' set "N".
5. The user will now press Escape key twice > Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
