If all bills not showing in Party ledger then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?
In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the steps below:
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- Select 'Search in All'.
- Search 'Approval'. Now click on 'Accept'.
- In 'Approval Required for Posting Y-Transaction wise A-All N-No' option set 'N'.
- The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.
- Click on 'Yes' to save changes.
- Then, the user needs to Re-save those bills that are not showing in party ledger.
After following the above steps, all bills will show in the party ledger in Marg ERP Software.
Cause: If the user has created the challan, then it will not show in the party ledger. The user needs to convert the challan into a bill.
