If all bills not showing in party ledger in Marg Software!

Cause

This issue appears due to user has to enabled the approval process from the control room setup.

Solution

In order to resolve this issue user needs to disable the approval process by following the below steps:

1. Go to Masters Marg Setups > Control Room. Press 'Enter'.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’. Press 'Enter'.

3. Search 'Approval'Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. An 'Approval' window will appear. In ‘Approval Required for Posting Y-Transaction wise A-All N-No’ set 'N'.

5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps the user needs to Re-save those bills which are not showing in party ledger.

Cause: If the user has created the challan then it will not show in party ledger, The user needs to convert the challan into the bill.
