In Marg Software, if the user needs to Index Items in Alphabetic order for Sale and Purchase Order then it can be done easily.

Suppose creating a Sale Order, the user can view items that are not loaded Alphabetically.

In order to Index Items in Alphabetic order for Sale and Purchase Order, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear. The user will Search 'Index'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Index' window will appear.

• In 'Purchase & Sales order', the user will select 'I'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Items will get indexed in Alphabetic order for Sale and Purchase Order in Marg Software.
