Process to Set Other Free in Marg ERP Software

Billing Process

In Marg ERP Software, the user can set the other free item as per the requirement.

ENABLE OTHER FREE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Other Free'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Other Free' window will appear.

• In ‘Other Free with Item N/Y/X<W/o Narr> eg.Lux Free with 10Kg Atta’, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO SET OTHER FREE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Price List > All Items

• A 'General Price List' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F6' on that item on which scheme needs to be set.

• Suppose, Select 'Dove Shampoo'.

• Thereafter, the cursor will move to the scheme field in which the user will enter the scheme as per the requirement.

• Suppose, Feed '10+1'. Press 'Enter'.

• An item list will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' on the item which needs to be given as free.

• Suppose, select 'Lux Soap'.

Here, the user can view the scheme will get saved to the selected item.

BILLING PROCESS

After following the above steps, at the time of billing the scheme will get loaded automatically.
